Enjoy a stocked kitchen with French press & Keurig, smart TV with fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and A/C. Outside, the private yard offers a treehouse, play gear, patio BBQ, and year-round gas fire pit. Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

This charming studio apartment comes fully furnished with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The room includes a bathroom and kitchenette that are within the walls of the studio. The kitchenette is fully equipped for light meals and coffee. There is also a shared living space in the building on the third floor. Here you will find a full kitchen, living room, laundry and rooftop patio. This studio has a queen sized bed.

Daylight Studio Apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Jim and Caroline built this home with their own hands.
