Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is a studio apartment with a shared living and bedroom space. Your pet is welcome to use a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground! The unit is located 1 km from the beach and the river and 6 km from the small country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and bike trails are easily accessible.

Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Our home is the product of combining recycled building materials, hempcrete and the enthusiasm and dedication from a couple who wanted to build their own home. Our space provides off-grid living with privacy, serenity and the comforts when you need them. In a central location for exploring, our place is your next homebase for a South Coast journey. This pet friendly property can accommodate several families or quieter groups wanting a relaxed coastal break together under the same roof... We are just a short walk to beaches and boat ramps. It's a 6 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride to town. There are walking and bike paths surrounded by nature, river and ocean, and centrally located between the mecca mountain bike trails of Mogo and Narooma...

Californian bungalow cottage in the heart of Moruya. House was built in 1936 & is typical of that era. River views from the deck, with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, and abundant living area. Yard not enclosed. We welcome happy guests with realistic expectations, who are interested in enjoying their stay & will treat us, our house, and our neighbors with consideration. Not suitable for children. Non-shedding dogs by arrangement. Additional charges apply for more than 2 guests.

The tiny home's fully appointed kitchen and bathroom have premium fittings and appliances, and we provide organic bath and shower supplies.

One of the best locations at Malua Bay with unbroken ocean views. Enjoy a stunning stay in spacious comfort and style which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

Escape the hum drum, nestled beside the tranquil Gilmore’s Creek, direct access to canoeing adventures from the backyard! Take advantage of ample space for mountain bikes, surfboards and outdoor gear. With Narooma mountain biking trails 30 minutes South, the newly opened Mogo trails just to the North, the beautiful Shelly Beach within walking distance, and Preddy's Wharf boat ramp just around the corner; the only trouble you will have, will be deciding which way to go!

Located on a granite ridge with ocean views to the east and mountains to the west. This self contained wing of the main house has everything you need to sit back and relax. Just a few minutes into town or to the beach or just chill on the wrap around veranda. The property is a small hobby farm with chickens , goats, alpaca an orchard and veggie gardens which you are welcome to explore
