Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse privée ainsi que du salon de jardin. Les enfants pourront s'amuser en toute sécurité dans le jardin clôturé. Pour les beaux jours et avec mon autorisation vous pourrez également accéder à la piscine entièrement clôturée. Et si le temps le permet, vous pourrez même rencontrer nos amis à fourrure, les ânes ! 🫏
