This traditional Piedmontese cottage, from the 18th Century, is a perfect unique getaway where to find real peace in nature, among the beautiful woods and hazelnuts fields of Alta Langa. At 600mt. of altitude and with a stunning panorama, this countryside house is made entirely of stones and maintains the original structure typical of the area. The house is 10min away from the village but on the main road which connects (through a paved road with curves) to Lequio Berria (4km) or Bosia (6km).

This large and comfortable room is on second level with it's own bathroom and balcony. it has a single bed, and a fold out bed, so it can sleep two. It has access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge space. You can also enjoy the tranquil garden. The hosts speak multiple languages, and are happy to help with any needs, including academic guidance. This is a very safe house, in a safe part of Turin, close to the universities and colleges. We can also offer long term contracts.

Appartement Maria is vernoemd naar de zus van Anna en is het kleinste appartement, maar voelt verrassend knus en huiselijk aan. Het ligt op de tweede verdieping en bij binnenkomst kom je direct in de gezellige living. Hier vind je een compacte keuken en een eettafel. De eenvoudige, functionele zitbank biedt een fijne plek om te ontspannen na een dag op pad. Ondanks het formaat is het een comfortabele en sfeervolle plek om te verblijven.

My flat is on a tipical genoese pedestrian path, it has independent entrance, a large equipped terrace. The panorama is right above porto antico. Having the funicular at short walking distance it is very well connected with the historical centre. Unfortunately in summer 2025 the funicular is under historical maintenance, it is still availbale a replacemente bus service.
