Beautiful Appartement with garden/free parking

Although it is located almost in the center of Syracuse, this one has the impression of being in the country. Come see the tranquility as you are about 350m from the main road. The large apartment is inside to an independent house with garden and the apartment has a private entrance. It has a front garden full of plants to which you can sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It is warm, relaxing, and a very quiet area. Nearby are shops, such as supermarkets, butchers, bakery and even a small Italian market. The bus stop, AST #12 is directly out on the main road. You can also take the #12 bus from downtown if you arrive by train before 20:30. Just ask for directions. The apartment is furnished with style and love, and is very welcoming. Provided are Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Fully Equipped Kitchen and Service for 7 or 8. A large table in the back garden allows for a group to sit comfortably. Perhaps you want to grill under large veranda. It can be ready for you. There is also a space to park your car so it will be safe at night. The rooms are comprised of a kitchen-living room on the ground floor, the size is about 42 square meters. The bedroom is 20 square meters, plus a bathroom with tub and shower. Towels and linens are provided. On request you can rent an another bedroom with bathroom that is within the house. Even this bedroom has a private entrance, and near there is a little shared kitchen if you need to use it. There are two bathrooms in this announcement: one in the apartment and the other one in the garden (shower and toilet). The bathroom outside in the garden could be shared with other guests from the other apartment. Bikes are available. Although they are "used" they will function. Please mention the bikes if you want to use them so I can have them ready. It is a 10 minute ride to the historic district of Ortiga. The ride back up may take you longer as it is uphill and more challenging than going down. Cleaning fee is waived if you stay at least five nights. Classic Italian Dinners offered. Please ask. Smoking is allowed in the garden Pets are allowed upon request, but just outside in the garden

Tempo di Vendicari è un intima proprietà immersa in uno straordinario contesto naturale. Un piccolo gioiello che gode di grande privacy e infinito silenzio. Sorge all interno della riserva di Vendicari a 400 mt dall'ingresso per la Baia di Calamosche. Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, ampia cucina a giorno, bagno con doccia, tv e un pergolato esterno con tavolo, sedie e lettini-sdraio. Posizione ottimale per visitare Noto, Marzamemi e Siracusa.
