The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

A short walk to the village centre, SW Coast Path and several family and dog friendly beaches. Just a 5min drive to Trevaunance Cove or 10min to dramatic 3 mile surfing beach at Perranporth. Few minutes walk from Perranporth’s famous surfing beach and close to shops, pubs and restaurants (including takeaways). The golf club is just up the hill. There is a bus stop outside the property. Ideal for walking the coastal footpath. We have parking for 1 car.

Gardener’s Cottage is a peaceful retreat with its own private walled garden and off road parking, hidden away in the heart of St Agnes, a few minutes walk from the village centre and local shops and within walking distance of the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove, wi-fi and TV.
