Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Our Yarra Valley Cottage

Gorgeous, character-filled cottage with open fireplace. Stunning mountain views and gardens. Walk to Warburton Rail Trail, Yarra River, and Launching Place Hotel. Close to cafes, wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, Mt Donna Buang, and all the Yarra Valley offers. We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. Writer's Block is a peaceful and romantic retreat

Writer’s Block retreat is the perfect romantic getaway for couples or writers and artists. It was selected as 1 of 11 finalists in the 2022 Airbnb Best Nature Stay for Aus & NZ. Set on 27 acres and surrounded by gums and chestnut trees, this private rural retreat is within a 10-minute drive to cafes, restaurants, shops, picturesque walks and the famous Puffing Billy. The Yarra Valley is only a 30-minute scenic drive to local wineries and farmers' markets. Fully functional kitchen and laundry.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Relax in sumptuous interiors by a wood fire or in the outdoor two person spa framed by forest views and fairy lights. Wine on arrival, fresh spring water, sourdough and free range eggs from our farm are provided to enhance your stay.

Cloud house

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.

Couple’s Bush Haven

This stylish light filled space set in the peaceful bush is designed for you to reconnect. It’s time for you to drop in with yourself and your lover .. in the outside bath for two that looks down the gully, or getting cosy by the fire. You can swim in the river 5 minutes away, cook in or walk through the Forest to the gorgeous Home Hotel for dinner. The driveway is shared with another house on the property, but once you enter the cabin you will feel privacy and nature.
