This home is a beautiful mix of cozy and modern. You’ll love cooking in the kitchen and taking in the view from the second story deck. The property is stunning, with wide meadows and dense woods. There are 140 acres to explore and utilize for events like weddings or a retreats. There is a half acre pond with a pond house at the top of the property and a trout stream running along the bottom. It’s everything you could hope for in a Catskills getaway, all nestled overlooking the town of Andes.

June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

The apartment has one bedroom with queen bed, a bathroom, living room/ kitchen, a cott, and WiFi. We're located on 2 rivers, in a beautiful scenic valley near Cooperstown, 5 miles from Dreamspark, and one minute to the Cooperstown Train, which offers various themed rides as well as hand carts. We're 3 miles from famous Ommegang, and 2 other breweries! 20 miles south is Hanford Mills, an authentic 19th century water powered factory!

Our decor is an Adirondack theme. Log bed, knotty pine. ceiling lighting and windows for natural brightness. Quiet, warm, relaxing. A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating. We are a short distance from many attractions in Cooperstown including the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!!!!!!!!!!
