Bring boots or bikes and head off from your own door. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

We would recommend it as the perfect space to stay for a single person before an early flight from Edinburgh airport. The front garden space is a shared space for guests.

From the doorstep you can enjoy walks in native woodland next to Fairydean Burn and further beyond to open countryside tracks and hills a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life, whilst still only a short drive to Edinburgh. If you are lucky you might see some of our local wildlife including pheasant and tawny owls, bats, badgers, hedgehogs, deer, stoats and more.
