We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. This charming 1920's cottage is full of character with high ceilings, decorative fireplace and combustion stove, 3 generous sized bedrooms, full family bathroom and en-suite and sunlit back deck. Jampot Cottage is located within walking distance to Laurel Bank Park, St Marys and Glennie Schools. Both the Toowoomba CBD, Toowoomba Hospital and Clifford Gardens shopping centre are also just a stones throw away. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry are provided as well as a dedicated work space.

Gabbinbar 7 bedroom family home,

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.
