Pack n Play with Bassinet feature, outlet plugs, drawer locks etc. Fully equip Kit. It has a cute loft for kids or extra guests. It has a nice sunroom, games & movies. Fully furnished including some necessities you may have left at home. Outside there’s a grill, fire pit & beautiful river frontage w/ kayaks. In winter it’s a Snowmobilers & hikers paradise! Right on the UTV/snowmobile trails!

There is a dock for your use if you bring your boat or you can just simply sit on the dock and listen to the loons.
