The little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area, NO kitchen. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Approximately 30 mins to beaches 40 mins to Wilson’s promontory MAXIMUM - 2 GUESTS STRICTLY NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN 0 - 12 SAFETY REASONS
