Soothe your weary self in the Hot Springs brand private hot tub with lounger off back deck gazing at the billions of stars above. Firepit with seating (bring own firewood).

The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!

This new cabin sits on the South Arkansas River in Poncha Springs, minutes away from Salida. It's nestled on 5 acres with cottonwoods throughout. The river is the focal point of the cabin. This is the most charming Dome w/ all the amenities, full kitchen & accessories, full bath, table & chairs, work station, Wi-Fi, Roku, etc. Inside you will find the dome to be spacious & very comfortable. It is great for couples, (Smart Queen bed & (2) 73" cots provided in case friends come), solo adventurers, and business travelers. The dome sits on 2 acres. It is 1 mile from fishing pond & 1 ½ miles from national forest w/ATV trails. Beautiful 360 degree views from wrap around deck.

Just 11 miles from the vibrant mountain town of Salida, and 11 miles in the other direction from Monarch Mountain, this home is truly a gem away from it all--yet with easy access to urban and outdoor adventures! World-class skiing, rafting, hiking, and mountain biking abound in this beloved vacation destination, as well as dog-sledding, horseback riding, shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Riverbend Retreat Guest Suite

This secluded riverside location is just the place for a quiet and comfortable getaway, 3 miles from downtown Salida. Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. The private suite is an addition to our home with its own exterior entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and small dining area. This space is most comfortably used by 2 adults with children, or 3 adults sharing the suite.
