It is minutes away from bustling Byres Road with its many pubs and cafes and 5 mins walk from the Botanic Gardens. The city centre is 10/15 mins away depending on traffic. The accommodation has the added bonus of a private car park . It is ideally placed to offer everything you need whether a city break or longer stay in Glasgow.

You will be renting my flat whilst I'm out of town, and I'm looking for rentals of at least 2 weeks. My flat is situated by the Kelvin river walkway, a ten minute walk to the Botanic Gardens, as well as the pubs and restaurants of the West End and the University. You will have a very comfy kingsize bed, a clothes rail, a large kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a large living-dining room, laid out for two. I have a spare room and will move my clothes etc in there.

Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement.
