Potawatomi State Park is only about a 5 minute walk away which offers boat launch, cross country skiing, swimming, kayaks, hiking, biking, snowmobiling and more! This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

This unique and peaceful property is just minutes from shopping and restaurants, yet maintains the quiet charm and rural feel that is quintessential Wisconsin! Enjoy the tranquil view of a sunrise while horses pasture out back or deer browsing at the forest edge in the waning hours of daylight. Your children or pets will appreciate the fresh air, freedom to roam and safety provided by our fenced in back yard.

Cozy Farmhouse Studio

The 16 X 19 foot private studio, is located on the second story of our 120 year old farmhouse and has a private entrance and drive. It is equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, balcony, queen bed, couch and closet. Our farmhouse is located on five scenic acres adjacent to our pottery studio and gallery. Please be aware that we have no air conditioning. It usually cools off at night, so it’s not typically necessary. We have a ceiling and cooling fan for the hot days.

Winding River Cottages-Evergreen Cottage

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.
