Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

Na prvom katu nalazi se 5 spavaćih soba s vlastitom kupaonicom. Vanjski prostor čine bazen, terasa s ležaljkama i blagavaonica na otvorenom.

Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

The apartment is close to the The Baotić Marina, old town of Trogir and shopping centre - all in range of just 5 min on foot. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment and place for grilling. Also, there is a very small gym for one person in the house. View is on medieval fortress, marina and sea. The apartment has two toilets, two bedrooms and each room has air conditioning. Hosted by certified tourist guide, specialized for Trogir and Split.
