Dotata di 5 posti letto, composta da tre camere da letto (una matrimoniale,una doppia e una singola), un bagno totalmente ristrutturato, una cucina nuova completamente attrezzata, salottino con tv e wifi gratuito e area parcheggio privata e gratuita.

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! The beams characterize the attic which is illuminated and ventilated on three sides. 60 sm of pure comfort where you will find everything you need! To welcome you there will always be a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits, soy milk, fruit and a Nespresso machine.
