Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Awesome off road getaway! You will need 4 Wheel Drive (not awd) vehicle to access the property as there are no roads. Newer construction on the beach in Carova right next to the wild horse preserve. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included. New party deck with hot tub, grill, table, seating and string lights.

Our 100 year old cottage is nestled in the woods just a 5 minute drive from the ocean and only 1/2 mile to trails, boat ramp & kayak launch. Inside raw wood beams, floor to ceiling pine and a loft that kids will love are just some of the unique features our little cabin offers!
