Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

We're 8 miles from New River Air Station, 17 miles from Camp Lejeune main gate, 27 miles from Topsail Beach. Located in the country. House does have central heating and air conditioning.
