This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Our space is family & business friendly, conveniently located just steps away from the B&O Bike Trail, 6 miles to Mochican State Forrest, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Malabar Farm, Pleasant Hill Lake, canoeing, & short drive to Mansfield Reformatory, Mid-Ohio Race Track and 31 miles to Cardinal Shooting Center. Our home sleeps 3-4 people with queen size bed and futon .
