The property is bounded on 3 sides by the Au Sable State Forest. Situated in a relatively remote portion of the lower peninsula, guests are virtually assured a tranquil stay. Whether you seek a romantic get away with someone special, or a lively get together with friends or family, this place offers something for everyone.

Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Timber North is located in downtown Kalkaska with shopping, dining/bar all in walking distance. This space would also be great for travelers working in the area as well. It has all the charm you need on your vacation.

Private Hot Tub Northern Tiny Home Retreat

Get cozy and settle into this rustic yet refined space. This is a brand new, finished in June 2023 tiny home, on the same property as our personal home. It has all the comforts of a full size home, including, radiant heated floors, A/C, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, two burner gas stove and a full size fridge. There is a private fenced in outdoor courtyard, with private hot tub, fire place and propane grill. As well as its own driveway with plenty of room too park a boat if you'd like.

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Hygge Up North Bungalow

Cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow w/loft near Schuss Mountain, Torch Lake & and Bellaire, MI. We are a short walk to the Cedar River. It's inspired by Scandinavia and the Danish concept of Hygge (roughly translates to Cozy) and sits on a private wooded lot. This is a place to cook, grill, relax, be cozy, explore, play games, read, take day trips, make memories and be inspired by all Northern Michigan has to offer.
