This is a cozy and warm cottage with a gentle contemporary feel to it. It has two en suite bedrooms located upstairs, one of which serves as a family bedroom. Welcome to the ground floor apartment of our family home situated on a quiet street in the Pollokshields, Glasgow. Our house has generous shared gardens front and back, with a sauna, plunge and fire pit area for guests to use. The gardens are brilliant for younger children to explore, with a treehouse, mud kitchen, climbing frame, slides and plenty of trees to climb. We are creating a forest garden landscape, with fruit trees, native species, bug hotels and a pond to encourage bio-diversity.

The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
