The Mill, formerly the sawmill for Borthwick Hall, is a charming property built in the 1800s. The conversion of the building was completed in 2003 and is now a wonderful family home. My husband, Steve, and I moved up to Scotland from London in December 2017 and absolutely love it up here. With lovely people and beautiful open spaces, it’s the perfect place for us to relax and raise our kids. We love having friends and family visit and look forward to offering our space to guests as well.

There is ample parking for bikes or car. A single room is available, listed separately and is not let, unless agreed, when the double room is taken. If both rooms are booked the cost of the single is reduced. This is a ‘b&b’ not a self catering property but good breakfast is included.
