Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

We are one mile from the village of Lanlivery and just 15 minutes from the A30 at Bodmin. This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. We now have a Zappi EV Charger that you can use if available, for a small Fee.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Piggywidden, Lidcutt Farm, PL30 5BD

Lidcutt is a working farm in the middle of no-where but close to all the places you might want to visit. Piggywidden is a cozy converted barn with a double and single bedroom and unique features. There is an outside seating area with a picnic bench overlooking a field with pet sheep, alpacas and wildlife. There is a spare single mattress under the single bed which can turn the single bedroom into a snug twin if required. Due to being situated on a working farm we are unable to accept pets.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.
