Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. The main living quarters do have dogs that are well behaved and quiet. If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Cabin 3 is rustic and small but very cozy! There is a comfortable queen bed with smart tv. There is a wood burning stove with firewood and kindling provided also air conditioning. There is coffee, microwave and flat top propane grill. Necessary cooking supplies are provided. Sit on the front porch in front of a creek and a mountainous view. Have a bonfire in front of your cabin. This cabin is located beside the private shower house. There is no state park feel here, definitely a "real" getaway.

Americana Cottage at Luna Park Historic District

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Charleston’s Luna Park Historic District. Americana Cottage was built in 1920 at the cornerstone of the once renowned Luna Amusement Park. It boasts antique furnishings, cozy decor and a 2 level deck with fire pit. 2 blocks from the river. Within 10 minutes of all major hospitals, shopping, dining and entertainment, Americana Cottage is perfect for families, travel nurses and business travelers. A very unique stay!

Welcome to our custom-built brand-new house in the heart of Charleston West Virginia. This house was completed June 2024 and has been furnished, stocked, and designed with the most modern and updated materials. We have specifically designed this house for nightly, weekly or month-long stays. Located 2 blocks from the Charleston Coliseum and a short walk to the lively capitol street. Located on 100 private acres with hiking trails. Relax in the hot tub or at the boulder-top fire pit. My wife and I live locally. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.
