Fisherman & outdoor enthusiasts dream place. 5 acres on Iron Lake for your family, friends, and dogs to enjoy. Ski Brule, snowmobiling, wildlife, hiking, and so many more things to enjoy. Very private. This lake is great for kayaking, canoeing,and fishing. You can swim off the dock,but there are some lily pads. The water is clear,but the bottom of the lake is mucky at shore. Great for dogs. Kayaks, canoe, & paddle boat available at your own risk. In winter, best to have AWD vehicle.

Neighbors to the east are an older couple typically there throughout the summer but very quiet. Neighbors to the west usually reside on weekends. Enjoy our small ranch house with a walk out basement to bring you to the shoreline of Boom Lake, the heart of the Rhinelander Chain of Lakes (Boom, Bass, Thunder, Lake Creek, and Wisconsin River Flowage). It is considered one of the best fishing destinations in Northern Wisconsin. The surface water area is over 1700 acres with 35 miles of shoreline for boating, skiing, swimming, jet skiing, and fishing!
