Little, cozy place near beach for a couple.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. Kick back and relax in this sweet cozy cabin near some favorite local spots in the area. Quick access (under 5 minutes) to Maidstone beach, Rita’s Cantina, Bostwicks on the Harbor, S&S Coffee Shop, Springs Tavern…to name a few. In 10-12 minute drive you can be in East Hampton village or Amagansett Village. The home is set on a half acre in a serene setting in the Lions Head beach association. Walk to private access bay beach from the property. The cabin was renovated top to bottom in 2025.
