The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Cozy Lakefront Catskills Cabin—2hrs from NYC!

This beautiful lakefront cabin is located at the end of a peaceful road adorned with tire swings and wildflowers. It is situated in a private community on a SMALL 3 acre lake, offering the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee on the dock, taking refreshing afternoon swims in the lake, going for evening kayaking rides, and stargazing. This lovely cottage sitting on almost 3 acres of wooded land is nestled perfectly in the gateway to the Catskills region. It’s a wonderful getaway from the city to recharge, relax and enjoy the nature that is readily available. The hot tub and the newly installed sauna are the perfect setting to enjoy the serenity of a relaxing day or evening. You can enjoy cooking, reading in our cozy reading nook, bbqing, hiking or many other activities that the Catskills region is famously known for.

Catskills Aframe, Water View, Goat Sanctuary

This charming Aframe is tucked into the Catskill mountains, with spectacular seasonal views of the Rondout Reservoir. This house is cozy with rustic charm and is the perfect getaway nature-lovers. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the many hiking trails and waterfalls just a short drive away. A sanctuary for goats, animal lovers can visit with over 30 rescues during their stay. Art materials and yoga mats are provided to round out a perfect escape for you to unwind, rest, relax and heal.

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.
