This house is located in the middle of Bertie County. Come stay in the serene and peaceful area of Todd’s Cross. This was my grandmother’s house, then my house and now I want to share it with you. Whether you are coming to hunt the woods of Bertie, coming to visit family who live here or just trying to escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday life - this is perfect! Just 10 minutes to Windsor, 20 minutes to Edenton, 1.5 hours to Nags Head and Norfolk, VA and 15 minutes to Bertie Beach.

Relax in our "Nest" located less than 1 mile from historic, downtown Washington, NC and less than two hours from the Outer Banks. Use as a workspace or a base to explore the local waterfront, shops & restaurants while learning about Washington's place in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars including the Underground Railroad. Visit the NC Estuarium and enjoy the many water activities on the Tar-Pamlico River. Hike the trails in Goose Creek State Park just 10 miles away. Then come back and relax!

West Customs Guest House

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Edenton River Cottage

Come enjoy the peaceful shore of the Chowan river. Our family cottage has beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. Just 15 minutes from historic downtown Edenton, or 20 minutes from Hertford, it's the perfect combination for a delightful stay! While staying in our cottage, enjoy peaceful mornings on the porch with coffee or tea from our kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening right from our dock! Our family loves this sweet place, we hope you do too!

Grocery stores and dining are within 2 blocks.The backyard has an enclosed 6 foot solid privacy fence with chairs/ fire pit for relaxation and enjoyment. The surrounding streets have minimal traffic and are suitable for leisure walks. This home is a must see! Come feel the comfort and the convenience and enjoy having the ENTIRE home to yourself and your family or co-workers.

Tucked beneath the the main house, The Croft is an inviting flat in an English basement, with exposed brick and full windows. It gets great light and stays cool in summer and warm in winter-Ideal for those who like character and grounded charm. The Croft has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in Tarboro's historic district, a block away from the beautiful Town Common and downtown Tarboro.

Lil Rustic creek house

Lots of room for fun. Fenced in backyard to creek for kayaking maybe a fish as well . Bring your one fur buddy . Small zipline too! 4 kayaks available as well . Close to town ( 1 mile) , 60 miles to outerbanks ! It's rustic but we keep it clean and affordable:) In quiet neighborhood. Fishermen favorite .
