Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. Charming artist's loft on the top floor of an historic building from 1611. The loft is an open space with kitchen, dining, sleeping, working and relaxing spaces. Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

A small high ceiling studio approx 19m2 on the 1st floor with a mezzanine, only 2 mins from the Louvre Museum and close to the River Seine and Notre Dame and Palais Royal. The design mini loft has a small sitting room area and a large double glazed window. It’s fully equipped with a kitchen. There is a pizzeria that closes around 11 40 on the ground floor and a bar opposite. If you are used to a busy lively downtown very central location, it is really unbeatable.

Ancienne menuiserie parisienne située en fond de cours au calme, entièrement rénovée. Nous avons souhaité garder l'âme de ce lieu. C'est pourquoi nous y avons gardé des briques d'origines, de plus comme vous pourrez le constater la décoration est volontairement faite de matériaux bruts afin de rappeler le passé artisanal du lieu. Nous espérons que vous vous y sentirez bien.

Champs-Elysées, charmant loft

Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
