Handicap accessible. Within a short drive of 2 major ski resorts, the Flight 93 Memorial and 2 wineries. Several restaurants and a brewery also within a 15 minute drive. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Orchard Guesthouse

Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

RECENTLY UPDATED! PHOTOS COMING SOON! The bungalow by the slope is comfy and cozy. It's endearing to guests because of the open living space but private bath. It's perfect for family bonding or romantic evenings sitting in front of the fireplace. Guests enjoy the complimentary wood for indoors or the open fire pit. Enjoy the deluxe queen size bed on a hickory frame and another queen size sofa bed with a tempurpedic mattress. It is a short walk, about 200 yards, to the ski slopes!

Peggy's Guest Hideaway

A very quiet and peaceful mobile home / guest house located in Connellsville Pennsylvania. We are close to many popular sites such as the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail and the Laurel Highlands. If you are looking for a place to unwind or just a place to get away for awhile and do not care for hotels or people drama at the end of the day then this place is a good fit. In the evenings the crickets are the loudest noise in the air and many mornings there is deer in the yard.
