This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This apartment was freshly renovated in 2025. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Our lovely apartment for two, which was just renovated in January 2025 with a new bathroom in a modern style, will delight you with its warmth and simplicity and will make your holiday special and unforgettable. A lot of effort and love has been put into it to make our guests feel good in it. You have a private terrace that is lit by the sun with a seating area and deck chairs where you can relax.
