Mountain bike trails, walking and streams, great for dog owners and nature lovers.Your own hot tub 24 hrs a day, have a bbq on the firebowl or cosy up inside by the wood burning stove. Set 20 mins from north coast and 20 mins from south coast, this is perfect location for exploring cornwall. Separate bedroom, full cooking facilities, private decking area, hot tub, fire bowl/ bbq. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

Our luxury glamping pod is set in our own back garden overlooking the beautiful Camel Valley. We are two minutes from the famous Camel trail, perfect for cyclists and walkers. You can walk to the Renowned Camel Valley vineyard and a lovely pub along the trail,or cycle to the famous harbour town of Padstow.Guests can make use of the honesty bar & Hot tub for a small extra cost. We can provide a breakfast /hamper/cream tea at a small extra cost.
