Just minutes from the many area beaches, attractions, wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, vineyards, orchards, wineries, and Downtowns Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, South Haven and Holland. This is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minute drive to town.

The perfect place to escape to nature and serenity as you relax in front of the wood stove in our cozy cottage! under 3 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes State park, which leads to Lake Michigan (a 5 minute bike ride). 5 minutes from Downtown Saugatuck and all kinds of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment! 10-15 minutes from Holland for enjoying annual festivals such as Tulip Time or Girlfriends' weekend Downtown! Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.
