The Breezeway Retreat is a brand new luxe coastal retreat located on our small acreage property at Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast. We are located minutes from the shores of beautiful Lake Weyba where we are immersed in nature. Our property is located in a quiet acreage pocket of Peregian Beach. If you are seeking coastal luxury, tranquility and beautiful surroundings, The Breezeway Retreat is for you. We have curated a very special property for our guests to ensure a home away from home.

Riverdell Retreat

Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

As you step into The Lodge, you are greeted by the inviting ambiance of a large well-appointed accomodation that reflects the tranquillity of its natural surroundings. Teewah is a sleepy beach village 10km from Noosa's Hastings Street on the Sunshine Coast. No crowds, no traffic. It is ONLY accessible by 4WD. Teewah is a relaxing and tranquil place to holiday and spend time with family and friends. Get away from it all, throw a line in the water or for the more energetic, go for a surf or walk along the beach taking in the sound of the ocean and coloured sands of the dunes. At the end of the day put your feet up and relax while watching the sun set.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
