Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

River View - Cabin 7

Great cabin with 1 queen bed, kitchenette and private bath. Can add 1 full size bed for $20 with advance notice. 2 night min. stay for holiday weekends. Bedding, towels, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchenware provided. Pond and river view. Our new wifi has been reliable. Pet fees are $15 per pet per night to be paid on arrival, no pets on furniture, must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended in cabins unless crated.

It has a small kitchen fully furnished with stove, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The cabin has a queen bed, dresser, and small dining table and 2 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity with sink. Outside is a small porch sitting area with a table and chairs. This cabin has WIFI and ROKU TV.

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
