Our cozy, quiet and peaceful little farmhouse in Partlow, Va. is the perfect combination of both. Our almost century-old, 1,000+-square-foot getaway includes a kitchen, comfortable bedroom on the second floor, full bathroom and an adjacent open space with a trundle bed that sleeps two. 6-acre pond access with beach for relaxing, kayaking, or fishing!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful rustic resort getaway! D.C., Richmond, Lake Anna, Colonial Beach, Fredericksburg battlefields, Kings Dominion, and the Raceway are all just a short drive away for vacationing fun! OR stay & play at the cabin with the hot tub, walking trails, firepit, outdoor games, bumper pool, arcade games, connect 4 hoops, theater room, and lots of places to relax! Boat & RV parking available. A little bug spray recommended. Other amenities are available (ask us!).

Glamping at its absolute finest. This glass mirror cabin allows for amazing panoramic views. Unwind in the outdoor two-person cedar sauna, relax in a cedar wood burning hot tub that also doubles as a cold plunge, cook on a Pyro Tower grill and pizza oven combo (Pizza dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperonis included), enjoy the tranquil natural stone water feature, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, pollinator garden attracting butterflies/hummingbirds. Black out curtains provide privacy at night.

Shenandoah Cottage at Mattaponi

Built in 2024, the Shenandoah Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a pullout sofa for extra guests, a full kitchen, and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, SUP, Fishing, Hiking, Biking, Exploring, or just relax on your own beach by the fire pit. Visit farm animals just a short walk around the lake...Theo the Cow, Sheep, goats, turkey, ducks, chickens, and rabbits.

Welcome to our home, nestled in a serene and picturesque neighborhood. Our home offers both comfort and convenience for our guest seeking a relaxing getaway. Additionally,the home features two thermostats for personalized comfort,and three inviting patios, two adult bedrooms, one children's bedroom (ideal for toddlers or school-aged kids, with space for up to two), and a convenient crib for an infant. Come relax, unwind, and enjoy! At this time, only accepting booking from guests age 25+.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Our cozy home is located in the rural area of Spotsylvania County and is nestled in 5 acres of woods with a serene creek, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Old Town Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg Battlefield, Spotsylvania Towne Centre, Central Park, and Mary Washington University are minutes away. Lake Anna and King's Dominion are within a short drive. After a fun day, unwind in our peaceful retreat and immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

Potomac Cottage at Mattaponi Springs Golf Club

This charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage features a great room with a kitchen and spacious entertainment area. The great room opens out to a fully covered large porch and outdoor seating area overlooking the 12th hole of The Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Comfortably sleeps up to 16: each bedroom has a pair of queen beds. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom. There is a 6B/6b on property as well. Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
