Have all your accommodations met in one unique, tranquil guesthouse situated at a horse sanctuary. Eleven horses are fenced in within yards of the front door. One large bedroom, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Two study/work desk spaces. Newly renovated bathroom. Very private & spacious. Tons of parking and storage. Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. The pool is not heated but will be open and cleaned all year. Sorry no pets.
