It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

Rural Gite. 2 double bedrooms with one king bed in each room, one ensuite shower room. One downstairs shower room. Kitchen with gas cooker (bottled). Fridge, table top freezer and microwave. Open plan dinning area with full sized table, seating area with 2 sofas & TV. Private pool. Private terrace and BBQ area. Not suitable for children under 12 or those with mobility problems as we have steep stairs.
