The property is located in a private residential and has security 24/7. Also has 2 parking spots included.

Lovely decking to the garden ideal to chill with a glass of wine, take the sun in the morning with your breakfast. Pet friendly! No Kids. You are spoil for choice with vast variety of restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes walk. On a Main Road so yes, it can be noisy and there is no cable tv.

Alanna's House is a comfortable 2BR and one bathroom house located 10min walk (7min. by car) from SJO Int'l Airport in a central location in front of the CitiMall Shopping Center in Alajuela. This makes this place convenient to stopover before or after your next flight when you arrive late in the night or depart early in the morning. The coffee farm is 40 minutes from San Jose Airport. You'll have a view of Poas Volcano and within a 25 minute drive. We are about 2 hours to the Pacific Coast. You’ll love the views, the high ceilings, and special house architecture. The farm is a great place for peace and quiet and a great couples getaway. An excellent spot when arriving/leaving the country. We also have a guest house for kids or an additional couple. Please inquire.
