The LEMON TREE Island Hide-away

Hidden along a secluded little lane that branches off the Fisherman's way, the house is a pebble's throw from the turquoise Adriatic and the Riva, bustling with restaurants and bobbing boats and luxurious yachts from all over the Mediterranean. Newly built of reclaimed limestone blocks and old timber beams, this three storey house exudes old world charm with stylish modern amenities. The paved patio has an outdoor shower, barbeque, prep facilities and alfresco dining shaded by lemon trees.

Recently renovated and air-conditioned, this villa is set on three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another small bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. The first floor contains another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a master bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom going out to a beautiful garden. A staircase leads up to the top floor to kitchen-dining area with a livingroom going out to a terrace with stunning sea views.
