Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Just 2 blocks from downtown Newton & less than 35 miles to Des Moines, Grinnell, Pella, & Knoxville, this home is great for long-term stays (by the hospital) for traveling nurses, or short stays for visiting family, a big event, or just need a place to stay you’ll find everything one home. Pets 80 pounds or under are more than welcome for a fee. No extra fees for guests up to 7.

Yurt Glamping on a Magical Goat Farm

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Visit with llamas, goats, pigs, horses and hike around the property or stay in for a quiet stay with a good book and enjoy all the sights and sounds. Lots of extra 'add ons'

Beautiful "in town" Grinnell cabin that feels miles away. Spacious private Log Cabin sleeps 12. Guests can enjoy a serene atmosphere, private pond stocked with fish, fire pit, BBQ, walking and biking trails. Arbor lake right behind the cabin also has fishing and a one mile long walking path. Anyone swimming, using the lake or if there are kids under 18, a waiver must be signed upon arrival. 4 Bedrooms, 1 king bed in open basement living space,2 living rooms, and a stocked modern kitchen.

The Henhouse Retreat is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom home converted from an original henhouse on our property. With breathtaking country views out every window you are sure to find this country retreat relaxing and enjoyable with many things to do close by like fishing, hiking, and a bike trail. Cute little towns to explore or cuddle up with a book & enjoy relaxation that comes with a deep breath in the country. Come as a family, some couples, or a little getaway, this home sleeps 7.

Perfectly located on Rock Creeks no-wake lake, you'll find yourself only minutes away from Grinnell, Pella, Newton, Marshalltown, and Sully. Known for its fishing, you can also find a beautiful beach for swimming or a picnic on the west shore. Enjoy the trails and start on your 13-mile hike, bike or snowmobile around the lake or rent a boat from the Marina.

Relax at this adults only log cabin that sleeps 4 comfortably! Private tiki bar w/grill overlooking our lake which is stocked with bass, blue gil and catfish! It's Perfect for fishing and kayaking! We have a fire pit, bbq, walking path on property, outdoor seating, donkeys & mini horses on property. The house is stocked with what you need to cook/bbq! Near speedway, holiday lake, Williamsburg!
