Air conditioned for comfort, York offers its guests a chance to enjoy the peace of its private location, views and birdsong. Renovated in restful tones, set amongst the trees and just a short stroll from all the amenities and attractions in Katoomba. This self-contained 'hotel' style studio has everything you need for a weekend away. A comfy bed with flax linen sheets, a couch and desk to sit and write your next novel or album, private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. The view through the maples and plane trees is sure to calm and inspire you!

Architect designed loft net studio.

Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

The Garden Nook

The Garden Nook will give you a cosy, relaxing space to recharge after exploring the fabulous Blue Mountains. It is within an easy ten minute walk to world-famous bush walks and lookouts. Eateries and restaurants are close by. The Garden Nook is a private guest suite at the front of a 1940s weatherboard property. The overgrown front garden is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Your hosts respect your privacy but are available should you need anything.

Elphin is a warm, stylish studio with views from all windows over a beautiful little valley facing north and east, terraced gardens, native ferns and a sunny deck. As you lie in your cozy bed you can watch the trees and birds from beautiful large windows in three different directions. Please do note that if you have any challenges at all with mobility, Elphin is not recommended.
