‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Banksia is set on a working chicken farm in the heart of Kangaroo Valley, NSW. The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring an outdoor bath that makes you feel like you are floating out to the dam. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

It is excellent for families with kids or groups of adults. We now have air conditioning! We have just been hooked up to KV Broadband network with speeds over 40 Mbps suitable for video conferencing.
