This centrally-located room is ideal for those who walk or bike about in our high mountain setting at 7900 feet in altitude. Surrounded by 13- and 14- thousand foot peaks. There's Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, wheelchair accessibility, queen-size bed with freshly ironed pillowcases, Keurig, small frig, microwave, tv, enough off-street parking for two cars and a trailer, private bath. The hot tub is for your private use. A third person can be accommodated with an inflatable bed and extra $20 charge

The Fox Den – Cozy Suite Near River: STR-234

The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. The Den is a completely private suite attached to a main house with a separate entrance and lockbox for convenient self-check in. STR-234

Tucked Away Stay - Close To Town and In Nature

Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

Town Hut - Cozy haven on BVs mtn side, EV charging

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

First-class hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, and skiing are just minutes from your door. Take a short walk or bike ride down to Main Street to enjoy the shops and cafes with family and friends. Then retreat home for a relaxing evening on the back patio or enjoy movie night in the open living area.

"The Hawk's Nest- Mt. Views" STR-126

Hawk's Nest is a peaceful studio apartment located on the edge of Buena Vista, with inspiring views of Mt. Princeton and the Collegiate Range. Watch the clouds blow over the mountain peaks or view the sunset from this cozy 500 sq. ft. studio apartment, above the garage. We are just a 1.5 mile walk to downtown, 2 mile walk to the Arkansas River, 10 minute drive to both Mt. Princeton Hot Springs or Cottonwood Hot Springs, and about an hour drive to Ski Cooper and 45 min. to Monarch Mountain.

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!

OFF MAIN DOWNTOWN BV COTTAGE is close to everything downtown in Buena Vista. Main street restaurants (1 minute walk), South Main (4 blocks away), river surfing, whitewater, skate park, bouldering, dirt pump track and endless hiking are just a few minutes walk away. The cottage is small and cozy with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second room. The two rooms share a single bathroom. The living room, kitchen and patio are well-stocked and ready for a comfortable stay.
