With quick highway access, stress-free check-in, and all the basics you need, it’s not about being a destination packed with attractions, but a reliable stop that feels like home for the evening.

Unwind in a private mini retreat- enjoy waking up in the king size bed to forest views, birdsong, and a front porch made for sitting! Listen to rain on the tin roof or enjoy a bonfire in the fire pit after taking a stroll down our private wooded trails or wading in the creek. Stay connected with WiFi, or just cozy up with a book or a game. Wildlife abounds on this woodland plant farm. Approximately 15 minutes from downtown Blackstone and Ft. Our newly renovated farmhouse that sits on 80 acres of land, overlooking two ponds that are fully stocked with fish for fishing. Our two story, open concept, house provides ample space for up to 9 people . Enjoy the downstairs with two living rooms, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The downstairs has two bedrooms (3 beds). The upstairs of the house is only opened when more than 5 guests are booked (additional fees apply). The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms and a half bath.

Enjoy a getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached to a classic 1940s Cape Cod home minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery. You'll also love just enjoying the deck and the beauty of the Virginia countryside.

"Lofty Cottage" Adorable 1-Bedroom Guest House

Enjoy this quaint Cozy Cottage with bedroom loft! This adorable 1-bedroom unique place has a style all its own. Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.
