Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway for couples who will enjoy a beautiful wood fireplace, outdoor balcony complete with festoon lighting, kitchenette and small dining area. Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. This cosy & charming cottage has a separate living area with sofa, TV, table and four chairs. a wood fire, self contained kitchen with 4 burner stove top, sink, full fridge and microwave. It has a large bathroom & the bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a trundle bed or a cot. With lovely leadlight windows featuring Blue Wrens and stunning views from the windows over the farm and the hills. Small enclosed yard for pets. We provide all bedding and towels.

Oberon Lodge Merrijig is a fully renovated farm stay retreat, offering panoramic mountain views, native bushland, and olive grove. Ideally suited to large family, friend, or work groups. It features 3 kitchenette-living areas, 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms sleeping up to a maximum of 20 people. It has a large outdoor space with BBQ, outdoor seating and firepit. It is close to the regional town of Mansfield (15mins) & Mt Buller Ski resort(45mins).

Balancing openness to the exceptional views against the imperative for shelter from the elements on the exposed hilltop, Mansfield House is a home of two halves.

The Cedar House

The Cedar House is located in a picturesque valley on the outskirts of Lake Eildon, approximately 150 kilometres from Melbourne, Victoria. Set on 1.3 hectares, the property has been landscaped with several varieties of Australian indigenous gum and Casurina trees, native shrubs and tree ferns, two dams and two seasonal creeks with an abundance of bird and wildlife.

The Cabin at Kevington, on the Goulburn River

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.

Cosy Cottage in the heart of Jamieson

Cosy three bedroom cottage in the heart of beautiful Jamieson. Just two doors up from the local cafe, 100 metres to the local pub and a short stroll to the rivers. Large backyard includes a lawn area and deck. Lounge area with reverse cycle air conditioning and fireplace. Firewood can be purchased from the local store in Jamieson.
