A gorgeous, newly updated 3 bedroom home located minutes away from IC, the Commons, S. Hill Rec trail & Cornell. The home is in a college neighborhood & can get a little rambunctious on weekends, although the deer who visit daily don't mind. Outdoor space includes a small 4 person hot tub, inside beautiful hardwood floors, and a luxury chef's kitchen are just a few highlights of this gem! A quick drive to all points of interest, including wineries, schools, parks, restaurants, and more!

Awesome House on Cayuga Lake!

Great for families!! 1196 E. Shore Drive is a fabulous rustic lake house (circa 1890) on Cayuga Lake 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 ft of frontage w/ full sun and awesome sunsets. Huge dock and hot tub. Private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). And because of the tracks, the driveway is SHORT AND STEEP. Price based on # of people. See below. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
