There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Ithaca Music-lovers Barn

The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. Key-hole shaped bathroom door, elephant themed mosaic made from Seneca Lake fossils, a tiled map of the Finger Lakes region in the shower, stone surrounded mirror, and a Finger Lakes shaped bar sink are only a few of the superfluous, yet beguiling details that line the Finger Lakes Cottage. It has incredible hardwood trim, granite countertops, and stained glass rescued from an old NYC church. Furthermore, it sleeps up to 4 people (queen+double) and is incredibly dog-friendly.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
