Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! We are centrally located between downtown Hornell and Alfred, home to Alfred State and Alfred University. You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!

The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
